Yoh Health Care in Princeton, IN is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer-Clinical Injury Prevention Specialist for a full-time role. The position focuses on early intervention, ergonomic assessments, and injury prevention training for onsite employees, with Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM–9:30 PM and a Friday flex day.

The ideal candidate will hold a BOC Certification, an athletic training degree, OSHA/AHA/BLS basics, and experience in occupational health and safety.

Formación

• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer required.
• Hands-on training in BLS/Basic Life Support as applicable.
• Ergonomic and occupational health familiarity preferred.

Hours

Monday-Thursday, 12PM-9:30PM with a 4-hour flex day on Friday

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement early intervention program consisting of performing comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, providing first aid per OSHA standards and education on injury prevention
• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasures
• Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Participate in meetings and task forces
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited professional Athletic Training education program
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in specialty areas (Ergonomic Specialty) preferred
• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety; Knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferred
• Experience in Ergonomics preferred
