Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for a full-time, on-site role at the Blue Springs, MS site. The ATC will support 10–15 employees with wellness, injury prevention, and on-floor preventive care, including group fitness and education on a manufacturing floor.

Requirements include BOC-credentialed ATC and Mississippi licensure, with strong emphasis on occupational health, ergonomics, and OSHA familiarity. Start date is ASAP; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) – BOC Certified.
• Current Mississippi Athletic Trainer License.
• Experience in occupational health and safety; OSHA regulations knowledge preferred.
• Experience with ergonomics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement an early intervention program with musculoskeletal exams and first aid per OSHA.
• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks.
• Lead group and individual training focused on functional movement and job simulation.
• Collaborate with onsite medical and safety teams to coordinate care and workplace countermeasures.
• Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes promptly and accurately.
• Maintain patient health records and ensure up-to-date documentation.

Certified Athletic Trainer

needed for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with Yoh's occupational health clinic client located in Blue Springs, MS. Start as soon as possible. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

This position is located at a manufacturing company with an onsite clinic that provides occupational, primary, and preventive care services for employees. The Athletic Trainer will support approximately 10-15 patients through routine wellness and injury-prevention touchpoints. You will work alongside the clinical team to provide injury prevention, first aid, general wellness services, and health promotion. This role also includes non-appointment-based activities on the production floor, evaluating the physical demands of job tasks, and leading group fitness, stretching, and educational classes.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (Second opening available: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM)

Top Skills You Should Possess

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) - BOC Certified
• Current Mississippi Athletic Trainer License
• Experience in occupational health and safety; knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferred
• Experience with ergonomics preferred

What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in meetings and task forces

What You Need to Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Athletic Training Education Program
• Active BLS/CPR certification (hands-on courses only)
• Current annual TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON Gold test)
• Passion for promoting health and well-being in the workplace
• Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
