The Arbor Company is seeking an energetic Activities Director (Engagement Director) to lead a vibrant engagement program for residents across Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care at Arbor Terrace Middletown. You will plan daily activities, community events, and family-centered programs, while fostering meaningful connections and high-quality experiences.

• Experience in activities, recreation, life enrichment, or related field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with basic computer programs and administrative tasks.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead meaningful daily activities for Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Plan community events, celebrations, outings, and family-centered programs.
• Create and maintain monthly activity calendars and resident newsletters.
• Encourage resident participation through person-centered programming.
• Supervise and support activity team members.
• Build relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and community partners.
