Arbors West is seeking an Activities Assistant to organize and participate in personalized resident activity programs, including one-to-one interventions and group sessions. You will help document participation and outcomes in medical records, supporting resident well-being through engaging activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork with the activity director and other care disciplines, using diverse therapies to enhance daily living and overall comfort for residents and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the resident activity director as needed.

• Use various activity models (pets, music, art) for personalized programming.
• Develop and post monthly activity calendars for residents and families.
• Support decorating for events and seasonal activities.
• Document participation and activity outcomes in medical records.
