Qualifications

• Must have previous Chick-fil-A experience.
• Consistently demonstrates care for both Guests and Team Members.
• Able to meet with the Operator once a month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all certifications and periodically reevaluate the program.
• Complete orientation with all new hires.
• Equip all Team Members to teach new hires.
