Job summary

The Association-For-Materials-Protection-and-Performance is seeking an experienced Certification Program Manager to lead exam development and portfolio delivery. You will oversee a team of certification development specialists, drive efficiencies, and align roadmaps with product strategy.

You will collaborate with marketing, business development, and market vertical teams, manage timelines and budgets, and present outcomes to executives.

Qualifications

• 10 years Certification program management with exam development experience.
• Master’s degree in Educational psychology, Psychometrics or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and skills outcomes.
• Manage a team of certification development specialists to meet standards.
• Develop an FY roadmap including costs and product attributes.
• Define project scope, timelines, and development costs.
• Collaborate with marketing for product messaging and GTM strategy.
• Present portfolio performance to executives when required.
• Ensure adherence to product lifecycle model for time-to-market.
