Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Certification Clerk to issue and review certifications for customer shipments, ensuring accuracy against orders and specifications.

The role involves scanning, filing, and maintaining quality certificates, with cross-training for backup support. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, read/write English, and proficient Microsoft Office/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Typing and computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Issue, review and maintain production and supplier quality certifications as required.
• Review quality certifications against PO, drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist and/or prepare data packs for products as necessary.
• Scan and file supplier certs daily.
• Update quality document logs as required.
• Assist in quality systems processes including internal audits.
