Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, pack, and ship materials for aerospace production. You will verify documents, log inventory, and prepare shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to use measuring devices and fixtures as required.
• Proficient with on-line computer systems used for receiving, inventory and shipping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, deliver, pack and ship goods per quality standards.
• Verify incoming/outgoing materials against paperwork and packing slips.
• Log receiving information and maintain inventories in the computer system.
• Prepare shipments and packing, label and document shipments.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure correct items and quantities are shipped.
• Participate in cost analysis and maintain safe, efficient operations.
