Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. We provide training and strong clinical support to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before starting services.

You will participate in a dedicated clinical team, deliver evidence-based ABA services, and help families by collecting session data and implementing tailored plans. Training is paid and ongoing.

Qualifications

• Must have patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must be willing to learn and pursue RBT certification with support from the company.
• Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training is provided.]
• A strong interest in helping children with Autism and their families is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Directly implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
