Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate individuals for part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. We provide training and support to earn RBT certification before starting services, with paid training.

You will work with children in home and community settings, collect session data, implement individualized skill-building programs, and collaborate with a clinical team committed to your success. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification will be provided with training and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
