Job summary

Heartland ABA in the United States is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home and community settings. We support you through training and will help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before you begin services.

This role offers flexible part-time schedules, opportunities for growth within a clinical team, and paid training to advance your credentials while making a meaningful difference in families and children's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.
• We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
