Job summary

You will schedule audits, issue certificates, and manage invoicing while acting as the primary client contact to respond quickly to requests.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of client projects from contract signature to accounts receivable.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Coordinate audit planning between auditor and client, maintaining audit timing windows.
• Oversee internal coordination and project outcomes; process internal and external requests.
• Communicate directly with the client to find solutions.
• Ensure data quality and timelines meet scheme and ICP/internal KPI requirements.
• Review audit data and update multi-system databases for certification changes.
• Meet KPI targets for scheduling, response times, and reports.
• Interact with Sales, Technical, and audit teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Ensure on-time certificate delivery.
• Assist with invoicing and collections as required.
