Based in Houston, this role partners with Sales, Technical teams, and auditors to deliver a superior client experience and meet KPI targets across scheduling, data quality, and accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of client projects from contract signature to accounts receivable.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Coordinate audit planning between the auditor and client, ensuring audit timing windows are maintained.
• Oversee internal coordination and project outcomes; efficiently process requests.
• Communicate directly with the client to find solutions.
• Ensure data and timelines meet scheme and ICP requirements.
• Review audit data and update databases for certification changes.
• Meet KPIs related to scheduling, response time, and reports.
• Interact with Sales, Technical, and auditors to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Ensure on-time certificate delivery and assist with invoicing and collections.

Job description

DNV is seeking a Client Service Specialist who will support clients in achieving their certification goals.

This role would be serving our Business Assurance team and will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the project after contract signature, including scheduling and audit delivery, certificate issuance and invoicing. As the primary point of contact, the Client Service Specialist will ensure all client requests are responded to quickly and concisely. The Client Service Specialist will ensure audits are scheduled within the appropriate timeframes and certificates are issued on-time. The Client Service Specialist will work in accordance with DNV overall goals and policies and will actively promote, support and facilitate the fulfilment of DNV's Purpose, Vision, and Values, and shall foster a culture of cooperation across North America and with other DNV units.

This role will be based out of our DNV Houston, TX office.

What You'll Do

• Oversight of client projects from contract signature to accounts receivable
• Responsible for providing a high level of customer service
• Coordinate audit planning efforts between the auditor and client, ensuring audit timing windows are maintained
• Oversee Internal coordination and project outcome; effectively and efficiently processes internal and external request associated with the client
• Communicates directly with the client and works to find solutions for the client
• Ensure quality of data and timelines meet requirements in accordance with scheme and DNV's ICP and internal KPI's
• Review audit data and update multi system database to account for the changes impacting the clients' certifications
• Consistently meet key metrics - KPI's related to scheduling and planning, response time internally and externally, and Reports
• Interacts with other departments including Sales, Technical, and auditors to ensure a superior customer experience
• Ensure on-time certificate delivery
• Supports with invoicing and collections process as required
