Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years customer service with at least 1 year of ISO-related experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client projects from contract signature to accounts receivable.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Coordinate audit planning between auditors and clients while maintaining audit timing windows.
• Oversee internal coordination and project outcomes.
• Process internal and external client-related requests efficiently.
• Communicate directly with clients and find solutions.
• Ensure data quality and timelines meet scheme, DNV ICP, and internal KPI requirements.
• Review audit data and update multiple system databases for certification changes.
• Meet KPIs related to scheduling, planning, response times, and reports.
• Interact with Sales, Technical, and audit departments.
• Ensure on-time certificate delivery.
• Support invoicing and collections processes as required.
