Job summary

Pherson is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the customer PMO for an enterprise Certification and Credentialing Program. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, maintains digital content on SharePoint and the program site, and coordinates meetings, reporting, and compliance activities.

You will manage participant data, oversee LMS access and credential tracking, and act as a liaison with external stakeholders, delivering proactive, detail-oriented program support in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience or associate degree and seven years of experience in providing program support.
• Strong data management skills, including experience maintaining databases and tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including minute-taking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Communications & POC coordination: manage program emails, distribution lists, and appointment processes.
• Data & Participant Management: track enrollments, progress, engagement, and data migrations; administer LMS.
• Digital Platform & Publications Management: update SharePoint and program website; publish quarterly reviews for standards.
