Job summary

Experience Champaign Urbana is seeking a motivated Exams Administrator to oversee paper and computer-based testing operations at campuses in Urbana, IL.

You will manage exam kits, proctor tests, coordinate CBT and IFSI locations, maintain testing software, and support certification and ADA processes.

This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service, with opportunities to train proctors and improve testing workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in exam administration and testing software.
• Ability to coordinate with instructors and proctors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ADA accommodations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Securely create, store, ship, and receive exam kits.
• Grade exams as needed.
• Proctor written/CBT exams, as needed.
• Manage and utilize testing software.
• Manage iPads for onsite and offsite CBT and coordinate updates with IT.
• Manage availability of regional testing locations, proctor availability, and preparation of exam materials for regional exams.
• Lead the validation process of exam bank questions, ensuring references to NFPA standards, course objectives, and materials.
• Import exam banks into testing software and manage inventory.
