William S. Hart Union High School District is seeking a Human Resources Analyst - Certificated - Confidential to coordinate credentialing and salary processing for certificated staff.

Under the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, you will advise administrators and employees on credentialing requirements and determine salary placement and related adjustments. This technical role requires knowledge of California credentialing laws and employment procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in human resources or a closely related field with six years of HR experience.
• Experience administering California credentialing rules and regulations.
• Ability to interpret education and credentialing policies and regulations.
• Proficient in using office software and HR databases.
• Strong written communication and report preparation skills.
• Knowledge of collective bargaining processes and salary placement.

Responsibilities

• Process new certificated employees and determine salary placement.
• Research and interpret California Education Code and CTC guidance.
• Maintain certificated records and advise on misassignments.
• Monitor salary placements, stipends, and increments; communicate changes.
• Prepare personnel-related forms and handle confidential information.
• Provide technical guidance for collective bargaining and update seniority lists.
