• Trains new team members on use of Cerner applications.
• Routinely reviews compliance to ensure meaningful use measures are captured for reporting.
• Rounds on Physician Practice locations to provide education and support for clinical staff.
• Provides on-site support during practice acquisitions/transitions.
• Responds to team member requests for assistance on Cerner applications.
• Works with Information Systems on issues such as updates, build requests, and user roles.
