Job summary

• Consistently rounds on Physician Practice locations to provide additional education and support for clinical staff.
• Provides on‑site support during practice acquisitions/transitions.
• Responds to team member requests for assistance on Cerner applications.
• Works directly with Information Systems regarding issues such as ongoing updates, build requests, and user roles.
• Participates in the Health System compliance program.
• Other duties as assigned.
