Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an EMR Coach to train clinicians on the Cerner EMR and provide hands-on support throughout the hospital. You will help implement, support, and optimize EMR and other clinical systems as needed.

The role focuses on training, workflow integration, and continuous improvement of EMR usage, in collaboration with the Market Clinical Informatics Director to enhance clinician satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3 years experience in clinical hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to develop, maintain and collaborate with clinicians.
• Ability to problem-solve and resolve conflict.
• Understands clinical workflow and has the skill set to integrate technology into clinical practice.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills required.
• Must serve as a model of credibility, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clinicians to ensure EMR is integrated into clinical workflow.
• Create education content to communicate EMR changes and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Market Clinical Informatics Director to improve EMR satisfaction and IS service.
