Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners is seeking an EMR Support and Training Specialist to plan, develop, and deliver comprehensive EMR training across clinical and administrative teams in Charlotte. This role supports onboarding, system upgrades, and ongoing optimization, with a Monday to Friday schedule 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare with EMR systems.
• Athenahealth Certified Trainer preferred; Epic/Cerner experience a plus.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in healthcare, education, information systems.
• CPHIMS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and maintain EMR training programs for staff.
• Support onboarding, go-lives, and post-go-live optimization.
• Conduct testing and coordinate with IT/vendors for data security and updates.
• Deliver in-person and virtual trainings for clinical and administrative staff.
• Triage and resolve EMR training tickets across platforms.
