Job summary

Easterseals Wisconsin is seeking a visionary President/CEO to provide strategic and operational leadership, guiding a staff of 30+ in service of its disability-focused mission. The role collaborates closely with the Board and Easterseals National to advance programs, governance, and fiscal integrity.

The successful candidate will drive fundraising initiatives, build partnerships, and advocate for the organization while ensuring programs meet goals and strategy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated effectiveness as a leader who has worked to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
• Experience with nonprofit boards of directors and governance processes.
• Proven success in staff supervision and building collaborative teams.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and fiscal oversight.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership in alignment with Easterseals Wisconsin's mission and values.
• Oversee staff of 30+ and manage organizational operations, programs and finances.
• Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the board and leadership team.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders including Easterseals National, funders, government entities, and community partners.
• Lead fundraising efforts, donor cultivation, and philanthropy to support mission work.
• Represent Easterseals Wisconsin to the public and advocate for disability services.
