You will translate strategy into action, manage complex calendars, and drive cross-functional execution across departments.

The role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience supporting senior leaders, exceptional judgment, and the ability to move initiatives forward in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience supporting senior executives or high-profile stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and executive priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and operational extension of the CEO.
• Prioritize the CEO's calendar around organizational priorities and commitments.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings, decisions, events, travel, and external engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives requiring CEO involvement.
• Track commitments, decisions, and follow-up to ensure accountability.
