Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO. You will act as a strategic operator and trusted advisor, amplifying the CEO's effectiveness across the company. The role blends strategy, operations, and execution with high autonomy and broad exposure to all facets of the business.

You will shepherd complex initiatives, structure ambiguous problems, and ensure executive priorities cascade through the organization, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, product strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans with measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate the CEO's vision into clear priorities and drive execution across the org.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects from ideation to completion.
• Prepare executive communications, board materials, and investor updates.
• Ensure alignment and cadence between the CEO and leadership teams.
