Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as a strategic operator and force multiplier across the organization. You will amplify the CEO’s effectiveness, lead special projects, and own execution across product, go-to-market, people, finance, and board dynamics.

You will partner with the CEO for strategic design, decisions, and ownership of critical initiatives, while driving alignment, reporting, and communication across the leadership team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff at high-growth tech firms.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on strategy and high-stakes decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive communications.
• Drive organizational alignment, cadence, and governance across teams.
