BairesDev is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a high-impact leadership role that partners with the CEO to shape strategy, design the organization, and accelerate execution across functions. You will own critical cross-functional projects, craft executive communications, and drive alignment with senior leaders to unlock growth and efficiency.

You will operate with autonomy, balance ambiguity with structure, and leverage AI and data insights to inform decisions.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, investment banking, product strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate goals into actionable plans with measurable impact.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder influence.
• Analytical and resourceful, comfortable handling large data sets and insights.
• High agency and a bias to action, with ownership of outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Deep discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Genuine fluency with, or strong curiosity about, AI tools and their business applications.
• Mission-driven mindset aligned with company values.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO on strategy, org design, and high-stakes challenges.
• Be the CEO's eyes and ears across the organization, communicating context and decisions.
• Represent the CEO in meetings when needed and drive actions within guardrails.
• Provide data-driven insights to support CEO decision-making and prioritization.
• Translate the CEO's vision into clear priorities and ensure organizational follow-through.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare executive communications, board materials, and investor updates.
• Foster leadership alignment, scalable processes, and organizational cohesion.
• Champion AI and automation to accelerate processes and impact.
