US Mobile is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as trusted advisor, shaping strategy and ensuring execution across the business. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, manage high-impact initiatives, and help maximize the CEO’s time and impact.

This role offers exposure to a rapidly growing Super Carrier, with strategic influence across functions and opportunities to drive performance, communications, and stakeholder alignment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or similar strategic/operations role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects with competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA or MS is a plus.

Mansioni

• Strategic advisory: serve as a sounding board for the CEO, provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Project management & execution: lead or coordinate high-impact projects from initiation to completion.
• Operational efficiency: develop processes to optimize the CEO’s time and track performance metrics.
• Executive communication & alignment: prepare presentations and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Relationship management: represent the CEO’s office and build trust-based relationships across the organization.
