Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure LLC seeks a Sr. Principal-level executive contributor to align leadership, translate strategic priorities into decisions, and drive disciplined follow-through across the organization.

Reporting to the CEO, you will frame opportunities, build business cases, influence cross-functional teams, and accelerate value while maintaining focus on risk, governance, and performance in a fast-moving data center program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure development, energy, project finance, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with utilities, banks, hyperscale customers; ability to influence decisions.
• Ability to build and defend a clear point of view under pressure.
• Comfort giving direct feedback to CEO and C-suite; cross-functional collaboration.
• Motivation to build businesses and drive outcomes through others.

• Distill complex approvals into essential variables with business context.
• Incubate and pressure-test strategic initiatives with business cases.
