Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Director, Program Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives for hyperscale data center growth. This individual contributor role covers system design, governance, reporting, and performance across large-scale programs.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strong program management skills to drive lean, efficient project delivery aligned with Rowan's sustainable mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, real estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in data center or network capacity planning, program/project management, or related technical fields.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end project business plans for hyperscale data center initiatives.
• Implement centralized project tracking systems and reporting tools, standardize workflows.
• Partner with internal teams to align technical, operational, and commercial priorities.
• Track project performance against schedule, cost, and quality baselines.
• Define goals and metrics with speed using deep technical judgement.
• Drive risk analysis and mitigation for large-scale projects and contingency planning.
• Own executive-level communications, including Plans of Record and status updates.
