Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Senior Sr. Principal to partner with the CEO and leadership team, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.

The role spans technical, commercial, financial, and strategic conversations, influencing decisions across utilities, banks, and hyperscale customers. The position is Denver-based with a four-day hybrid in-office arrangement, travel up to 20% within the US, and a compensation range of $210k–$255k, plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure development, energy, project finance, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with utilities, banks, and/or hyperscale customers, understanding their decision processes
• Ability to articulate a clear point of view under pressure, including when the best answer is no
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority by building trust and delivering results
• Motivation to build businesses and create leverage across an organization

Responsibilities

• Keep executive leadership focused on high-value decisions by structuring forums and clarifying ownership
• Strengthen CEO and Board decision-making with clear context and risk/reward framing
• Incubate and pressure-test strategic initiatives by building business cases and aligning stakeholders
• Increase execution visibility by tracking commitments and surfacing blockers early
• Shape company narrative with clear, consistent communication that scales strategy
• Drive first-year impact by improving execution velocity and cross-functional workflows
