Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver, CO seeks a Sr. Principal to partner with the CEO and executive team, translating strategic priorities into clear decisions and accountable ownership. This role operates across technical, commercial, financial, and strategic conversations to move Rowan forward.

You will frame opportunities, build and test business cases, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives while maintaining focus on sustainability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure development, energy, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with utilities, banks, and hyperscale customers and investment decisions.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and build trust under pressure.
• Strong communication with CEO and C-suite; practical judgment.

• Keep executive leadership focused on high-value decisions with clear ownership, timing, and success measures.
• Distill complex approvals into key variables with business context and risk/reward framing.
• Incubate and test strategic initiatives by building business cases and aligning stakeholders.
• Increase execution visibility by tracking commitments and surfacing issues early.
• Shape company narrative and discipline to scale strategy and culture.
• Drive first-year impact by improving execution velocity and cross-functional workflows.
