Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking an Executive Orchestrator to CEO to operate at the intersection of executive support and hands-on marketing operations. You will own the CEO’s weekly cadence, translate high-level priorities into actionable deliverables, and build lightweight systems to keep growth initiatives moving.

Remote role requiring overlap with US Eastern hours. You will lead CRM and automation efforts, drive content and campaign rollouts, and maintain accountability across a small portfolio

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting a founder/CEO in EA/CoS/execution partner roles.
• Ability to run daily planning cadence and maintain task systems.
• Hands-on marketing ops experience (CRM workflows, email sequences, funnels).
• Strong PM skills with ClickUp/Asana; track record of operational shipping in fast-paced environments.
• Daily use of AI tools to improve speed and quality (SOPs, campaign drafts, meeting notes).
• Must have prior remote-work experience and proficiency with collaboration tools (Slack/Zoom/Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Run CEO operating rhythm: calendar, priorities, weekly planning, daily check-ins, triage.
• Capture CEO brain dumps and convert to deliverables with owners, deadlines, actions.
• Build lightweight systems: templates, checklists, meeting notes, tasks, escalation paths.
• Own marketing ops execution: CRM hygiene, tagging, lead routing, email sequences, automation.
• Coordinate campaign/content rollouts across portfolios (podcast and campaigns).
• Enforce accountability with operators and partners; surface blockers and drive closure.
• Produce a weekly portfolio scorecard: marketing + sales KPIs, project milestones, risks.
