• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in business or healthcare admin preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in high-impact roles.
• Experience with P&L for large healthcare provider activities.
• Non-profit governance & philanthropy exposure.
• Ability to negotiate with payers and regulators.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the organization’s strategic vision in collaboration with the Board and partners.
• Oversee daily operations across AIOF sites, ensuring quality care and compliance.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for growth.
• Monitor performance metrics like patient outcomes and staff productivity.
• Foster relationships with medical staff, partners, and donors.
• Drive growth opportunities and service enhancements.
• Collaborate with RBS to optimize operations and performance.
• Represent AIOF at industry events and in donor communications.
