Rhode Island Medical Imaging (RIMI) seeks a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead the physician-owned organization. The CEO will set strategic direction, oversee operations and finances, and partner with physician leadership to advance growth and patient care.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will manage multi-site operations, hospital contracts, and non-clinical revenue, drive excellence in quality and compliance, and cultivate partnerships to ensure long-term sustainability and market

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• CEO experience preferred; other senior roles considered.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare organizations.
• Prior leadership in radiology or diagnostic imaging strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions.
• Extensive experience managing physician relationships and governance.
• Strong financial budgeting and capital planning responsibility.
• Experience building and leading high-performing executive teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plan to support growth, profitability, and market leadership.
• Lead core operational, financial, and administrative functions.
• Expand partnerships with affiliated hospitals, health systems, providers, payers, and community stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for business development, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide leadership to the executive leadership team with a culture of accountability and service excellence.
• Oversee annual operating and capital budgeting and achievement of financial objectives.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and improve operational efficiency, patient access, and resource use.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Promote quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
• Review capital investments, technology initiatives, and facility expansion.”
• Provide regular reports to the Board on performance, strategy, and market opportunities.
• Oversee revenue cycle optimization and reimbursement strategies.
• Lead organizational change management and successful implementation of priorities.
• Represent the organization externally with healthcare leaders and industry associations.
• Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce retention.
