Root Causes Oncology is seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence / Business Director to scale a novel cancer-care platform. You’ll own the business, operations, and growth, reporting to the CEO, with oversight of supply sourcing, onboarding, and patient journey.

You’ll shape growth strategies, manage partnerships, and drive P&L and unit economics to enable tenfold expansion. The ideal candidate is a former founder or startup operator who thrives on building from first principles and delivering
