Qualifications

• Seven or more years of executive leadership required; 10+ years preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Passion for advancing opportunities for people with disabilities.
• Proven success in leadership, growth, financial stewardship, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing cultures and leadership teams.
• Experience leading growth, innovation, and change management initiatives.
• Budgeting, financial analysis, and operational oversight experience.
• Strong nonprofit leadership and regulatory compliance understanding.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and public relations skills.
