In this full‑time role, you will meet with owners to build business plans, set growth targets, and review financial performance. You will coach on operational issues and hold leaders accountable for results, applying your P&L experience and growth mindset.

Qualifications

• You've owned a P&L and advised small business owners on strategy and growth.
• You've run a business between $500K and $30M in revenue and understand profitability.

Responsibilities
