Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CEO or senior executive within a high-growth technology business.
• Experience scaling a venture-backed or investor-backed organisation.
• Strong commercial leadership with a history of delivering significant revenue growth.
• Experience within battery technology, energy storage, advanced materials, electrification, clean technology or a closely related sector.
• Demonstrated success raising capital and managing investor relationships.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to growing a business.
• The ability to build credibility with customers, investors and technical teams alike.
