• Proven ability to secure capital formation and project finance at scale.
• Strong governance, board relations, and executive leadership track record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead rapid growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute corporate strategy across power generation, compute infrastructure, cooling, and related segments.
• Prepare and lead IPO process, governance, SEC reporting, investor relations, and market obligations.
• Secure hyperscaler and enterprise partnerships to support long-term growth and capital formation.
• Oversee equity financing, project finance, and structured debt for multi-billion-dollar infrastructure.
• Guide regulatory engagement, licensing, and permitting with federal, state, and local authorities.
