Responsibilities

• Plans and executes sales activities (active client research, booking and conducting client meetings, etc.) to meet determined objectives.
• Executes strategies within a determined price policy adjusted to the market situation to ensure that the determined goals and targets are met.
• May prepare marketing plans, in cooperation with the marketing department, as a basis for an effective sales intervention.
• Develops and maintains important customer contacts to build long-term profitable relationships.
• Stays well informed about market trends in order to conduct assessments of long-term market needs.
• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.
• Applies advanced knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and/or technical education as well as work experience.
• Manages projects/processes, works independently with limited supervision, and coaches, delegates, and reviews the work of lower level employees.
• Faces difficult and sometimes complex problems.
