You will lead a ~11-strong team of technicians and customer services advisors, driving a first-class customer experience and centre profitability under supervision from an Assistant Manager and Workshop Controller.

The role focuses on delivering excellence, coaching staff, optimizing workforce scheduling, and achieving sales targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
