Job summary

National Tyres and Autocare is seeking a Centre Manager to lead our team, drive excellent customer journeys and sustain strong KPIs across daily operations.

You will oversee performance, coach staff, and ensure Health & Safety compliance while delivering growth and a high standard of service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management in automotive or similar industry.
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Coaching-based approach to team development.
• Experience meeting Health and Safety standards.
• Experience with high sales turnover and KPI management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient IT skills and willingness to learn in-house systems.
• Valid driving licence.

• On-target earnings up to £51,869
• Comprising a base salary of £40,869
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,000 per year
• 5 days a week (the centre is closed on a Sunday)

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
• Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training.
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
• Good time management
• A current valid driving licence
