Job summary

Halfords Garage Services is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding team. You will greet customers, manage job bookings in our in-house system and discuss any technical concerns they may have during visits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and able to use in-house systems.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with fewer than 9 points (role includes collection/delivery).

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings in the in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns with customers.
• Be the welcoming face for customers in the garage setting.
• Support vehicle collection and delivery as required.

Job description

• On-target earnings up to £32,000
• Comprising a base salary of £30,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,000 per year.
• 5 days a week / 44 hours per week
• Alternate Saturday rota
