Avita Health System – Crestline is seeking a dedicated Centralized Scheduler to join the Centralized Scheduling Department at Crestline. The role focuses on orderly patient admissions for inpatients and hospital-based outpatient services, ensuring accurate information capture and adherence to hospital policies.

The position involves interviewing patients or representatives, entering data into the computer system, distributing information to ancillary departments, and participating in CQI

Qualifications

• Required: Previous experience dealing with customers.
• Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Required: 2+ years of experience or education working with financial accounts.
• Preferred: Associates degree in business/accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Arranges for the admission of inpatients and hospital-based outpatient testing or procedures.
• Ensures patient information is collected and patients are aware of policies.
• Interviews incoming patients or representatives and enters admission data into the system.
• Distributes information to ancillary departments.
• Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.
