Job summary

Skill is seeking a detail-oriented Creative Intake & QA Specialist to support the creative team. You will manage incoming project requests, ensure projects are set up correctly in Workfront, and conduct quality checks on deliverables to keep projects on-brand and ready for stakeholder review.

In this temporary role, you will bridge the gap between requestors and the creative team, verify briefs and timelines, and maintain organized project data throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, or production teams.
• Familiarity with Workfront or similar project/workflow platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming creative requests for completeness and adherence to intake requirements.
• Validate project briefs, timelines, required assets, stakeholders, and approval requirements before kickoff.
• Follow up with requestors to gather missing information and resolve questions to prevent delays.
• Apply naming conventions, workflow templates, and project categorization standards in Workfront.
• Convert approved requests into active projects and ensure accurate setup for reporting and tracking.
