Job summary

Contour seeks an experienced Dispatch System Implementation Specialist to transition from pilot-centric dispatch to a centralized platform. You will oversee flight planning, load/weight balance, runway analysis, and release workflows with flight crew concurrence.

You will lead requirements, testing, training, and adoption, ensuring compliance with manuals and regulatory rules, while coordinating with IT, SOC, and maintenance for a smooth cutover and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Hold FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate and meet regulatory requirements.
• Experience implementing aviation operational systems and workflows.
• Strong communication and training skills for SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of centralized planning and release workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Flight Ops, IT, Maintenance).
• Develop SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide post-launch system support and data integrity checks.
