ESO is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant for Logis Dispatch. You will lead complex implementations, from discovery and configuration through cutover and go-live, ensuring a smooth transition for EMS agencies, fire departments, and hospitals across North America and Europe.

Remote work in the United States is supported, with on-site travels as required. You will coordinate with Integration Engineering on interfaces, map data flows, train staff, and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Four+ years implementing dispatch or public-safety software.
• Led live cutovers on a dispatch system.
• Willingness and ability to travel for on-site go-lives.
• Experience coordinating across interfaces, mapping, data movement.

Responsabilités

• Lead each Logis Dispatch implementation from kickoff to handoff.
• Conduct discovery with the center to map call types, workflows, and geography.
• Identify and raise risks with a recovery plan.
• Configure to standards and work with Engineering on interfaces (ePCR, billing, mapping, vehicle location, telephony, paging).
• Manage cutover planning and execution, including on-site go/no-go decisions.
• Train staff and hand off to Customer Care and Customer Success; mentor junior consultants.
