Contour Aviation seeks a Dispatch System Implementation Specialist to lead the transition to a centralized dispatch platform. You will coordinate flight planning, load/weight‑and‑balance, runway analysis, and aircraft performance with flight crews and IT teams.

You will develop requirements, test plans, training materials, and cutover procedures while ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance. A TSA background and FAA dispatcher credentials are preferred.

Competenze

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; able to travel as needed.
• High school diploma or GED; FAA Dispatcher Certificate preferred.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications.

Mansioni

• Lead requirements gathering for centralized planning and release.
• Coordinate flight planning, load/weight-and-balance, and runway analysis.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, IT, and maintenance for rollout.
• Develop SOPs, user guides, and provide training and support.
