Job summary

Swickard Auto Group is seeking an executive recruiter to own the leadership pipeline across multi-state dealerships. You will drive proactive sourcing, engage senior executives, and build deep pipelines for GM/Director-level roles, partnering with HR to run rigorous, candidate-focused searches.

You will also manage the end-to-end process from outreach through closing, with market benchmarking and competitive offers. This role requires travel to dealership locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in full-cycle recruiting with focus on executive/leadership roles.
• Experience engaging senior executives and passive candidates.
• Proactive sourcing, market mapping, multi-channel outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing for GM/Director-level and above roles across multi-site leadership.
• Design multi-channel sourcing strategies including direct outreach and market mapping.
• Keep a deep network of passive leadership candidates in automotive retail.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to translate business needs into search plans.
• Lead candidate screening, interviews, references, and offer negotiations.
• Manage candidate experience and close deals with competitive offers.
• Maintain sourcing data, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Travel to dealerships to support interviews and market visits.
