Swickard Auto Group in Las Vegas is seeking an executive recruiter focused on General Manager, Director-level and above leadership roles. You will own proactive sourcing, build pipelines, and lead a rigorous search from first contact through close.

This role is a sourcing-driven partnership with senior HR and hiring executives across multiple dealer locations, requiring market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a track record of closing top leadership talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a significant focus on executive/leadership search.
• Experience recruiting within automotive retail, multi-location retail, or fast-paced multi-site environments preferred.
• Deep expertise in proactive sourcing, sourcing platforms, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills for senior executives and passive candidates.
• High discretion, sound judgment, and a proactive, results-oriented approach to closing top talent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of proactive candidate sourcing for GM, Director-level and above roles across corporate and dealership leadership.
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, including direct outreach and market mapping to identify passive and active leaders.
• Maintain a deep network of passive leadership candidates across automotive retail and adjacent sectors.
• Partner with senior HR leadership and hiring executives to translate business needs into search strategy and role scorecards.
• Conduct thorough screening, competency-based interviews, and reference checks to assess leadership capability.
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end, including coordination, feedback, offers, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to structure competitive offers for leadership roles.
• Maintain sourcing data and metrics within the ATS to refine strategy and pipeline health.
• Monitor leadership-market benchmarks for compensation and talent movement across Swickard's markets.
• Travel to dealership locations to support interviews, market visits, and manager partnerships.
